Sandhurst Events

It is through art that we can make connections with one another. By making and looking at art we search for meaning from the perspective of others as well as from our own shared experiences. The MacKillop Art Exhibition provides us with the opportunity to share our ideas and stories across the Diocese each year.

Each school has the opportunity to contribute five outstanding art works to the exhibition. These art works may have been produced as part of the students' regular study in the visual arts or from the Artist in Residence program. They may include: painting, drawing, mixed media collage, sculpture, ceramics, installation, photography or digital media.

There is a dedicated team of people working together to make the MacKillop Art Exhibition a wonderful success and we look forward to a most energising and inspiring celebration of the gifts of our students and the generosity and creativity of you, our teachers.
